Kabaw municipality said that any Libyan dialogue held outside the country would be rejected, stressing that it strongly supports and warmly welcomes any dialogue inside.
In a statement yesterday, the municipality reaffirmed that Kabaw, a mountain city in western Libya, is totally prepared to host any Libyan dialogue that takes reconciliation and stopping the bloodshed as an essence, on the condition that it would be based upon the 17 February principles.
