US House of Representatives (HoR) Republican member, Joe Wilson, told American TV Channel, Al-Hurra, that the US "Libya Stabilization Act" would put an end to foreign intervention in Libya, especially that of Russia, adding that the Act was a clear message from the Congress that it supported Libya to be sovereign and united.

Another Republican HoR member, Ted Deutch, agreed with his colleague Wilson regarding halting foreign intervention, adding that the Act would sanction those who sent and could send in the future mercenaries to Libya or violate the UN arms embargo and human rights in there, and indicated that the Act would allow Washington to help Libya to combat corruption and support fair and free elections.

Young Kim, another Republican HoR member, said the Libya Stabilization Act aims to sanction peace and security spoilers, while Democrat HoR member, Susan Wild, said the Libyan political process should end in building democratic state institutions, reiterating that there would be sanctions against those who obstruct the political process.

The US HoR approved with a majority bipartisan vote "Libya Stabilization Act", which will be presented to the Senate for approval then, it passed, the US President will have to sign it to become a law.
