Brega oil company said its maintenance teams at Tripoli oil depots complex had managed to finish 90% of their work to oil tank No.120 ahead of being used starting upcoming Ramadan - April 13.

The company said on Facebook that repairing work of the depot that has a capacity of 25 million liters was done by the oil pipeline maintenance teams in cooperation with the depot maintenance team, adding that this will end temporary solutions and increase strategic oil reserves at the complex.

The company said maintenance work started for tank No.123 that has a capacity of 25 million liters to be operating before May.

Tripoli oil depots on Tariq Al-Matar (Airport Road) were damaged during the clashes of Fajr Libya (Libya Dawn) operation in the capital in 2014. They were also damaged again during Khalifa Haftar's war on Tripoli in 2019.
