Two killed persons arrived in Sabha Medical Center (SMC) on Monday and three others arrived on Sunday due to tribal fighting in Sabha, southern Libya, reported Osama Al-Wafi; the spokesman of the SMC.

Other sources, meanwhile, from the city confirmed that five people were killed after an artillery shell bounded their house in Hajara area in southern Sabha, adding that they were all from one family of Sudanese nationality.

Southern Sabha districts have been a scene for hit-and-run fighting between Tubu and Awlad Sulaiman tribes, while some of the city's resident also reported hearing artillery shelling near Faris Brigade's location outside Sabha castle in the city center, which could be a sign of the spread of the clashes' range.

According to the sources, roads leading to other southern districts and Tripoli road as well as southern Sabha areas near military and civilian airports are unsafe due to the clashes.
