A family from Kufra city southeast of Libya who was reported missing about two weeks ago has been found safe, said the Kufra Security Directorate on Tuesday.
Judge Mustafa Lendi left Kufra with his family in their car towards Jalu town, where he works, after spending the holiday in his hometown.
The Kufra Security Directorate said that the Lendi family hadn’t been seen or heard from by friends or family, since Dec. 25.
The family lost their way in the desert and were found by a security desert patrol in the Egyptian territory.
The security directorate confirmed that the family was found unharmed and in good health.
