The Special Adviser to the United Nations Secretary-General on Libya, Stephanie Williams, expressed her ambition and hope that she may be able to contribute to helping the Libyan people promote stability, achieve peace and progress towards a bright future.
Williams, on her official Twitter account, in her first comment since taking up her new position said, “I thank the Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres for the confidence he has endowed me with as his special advisor on Libya,” conveying her great happiness in returning to the country of Libya.
