The World Health Organization (WHO) recent statistics disclosed that more than 454 people have been killed so far in the ongoing clashes in the suburbs of Tripoli, in addition to 2154 wounded, including 3 paramedics whose ambulance was targeted while performing their humanitarian duty.

"The attacking of vehicles with visible slogans is a violation of international humanitarian law," WHO said, referring to the targetting of eleven ambulances and the killing of three health workers since the beginning of April.
