The UN envoy to Libya, Ghassan Salame and his Deputy for Political Affairs, Stephanie Williams, met with a delegation of Tripoli-based House of Representatives at the mission's HQ in Tripoli yesterday.
The meeting discussed the political process, the Berlin track, and the role that the MPs can play to end the political impasse in Libya, according to the UNSMIL Facebook.
Discussions also touched on UN efforts to stop the war and return to the political track as soon as possible, according to the UNSMIL.
