The state-run General Electricity Company announced on Saturday the launch of the operational tests of the Ubari power plant.
On its Facebook page, the company said that the first flex-fuel loads arrived at the Ubari station on Friday and were successfully pumped into fuel tanks at the station.
Five trucks were subjected to armed robbery two weeks ago in the western mountain area while carrying fuel from Tripoli to Ubari.
