The two-day annual Real Estate Development Forum "AMAR", sponsored by the Economic and Social Development Fund and the HP Group kicked off on Wednesday in Tunisian capital.
The forum discussed the current economic situation and opportunities for governments and private investments in the real estate sector.
Part of the discussion was focused on the problems and obstacles currently faced by the sector.
The forum was attended by the Libyan Minister of Planning Al-Taher Al-Jahimi and Tunisian Minister of Equipment and Housing Mohamed Salah Arfaoui in addition to officials, businessmen, and bank managers from both sides.
