Tripoli Central Hospital reopens ICU after undergoing comprehensive maintenance service

Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, Mohammed Haitham opened Saturday the Intensive Care Unit at Tripoli Central Hospital with a capacity of up to 18 beds spread over three rooms.

The Director, General of the hospital, Bahlul bin Ramadan explained that the department has undergone a comprehensive maintenance service that has not been experienced for more than 10 years.

The care unit has been equipped with modern and sophisticated devices, some are being used for the first time in Libyan hospitals, according to health ministry officials.
