The Municipal Council of Tarhuna reported that the electric power station known as Thirty was out of service on Tuesday morning as a result of the station's feeder cables burning out due to an overload.

The director of Distribution Department of the General Electricity Company of Libya (GECOL) appealed to the city's residents to rationalize electricity consumption during the next two days until the station begins operating again.
