The President of the High Council of State (HCS) Khalid Al-Mishri, discussed with the head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya Ghassan Salame the mechanisms of implementing the economic reform package signed Wednesday with the Presidential Council (PC) and the Central Bank of Libya (CBL).
The meeting also reviewed the latest procedures related to the security arrangements and means to sustain the ceasefire and enhance the security situation in the capital Tripoli.
They also discussed ways to advance the political process forward in order to end the state of political division and move toward elections, on a sound constitutional basis.
