The head of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Menfi, and his two deputies, Musa Al-Koni and Abdullah Al-Lafi, have discussed with the Special Adviser to the United Nations Secretary-General on Libya, Stephanie Williams, the latest Libyan political developments.
Both sides reviewed the efforts of the UN mission to reach a political solution to the Libyan crisis, through consultations with all political parties.
They also stressed the importance of commitment to the outcomes of the Libyan political dialogue and the success of national reconciliation among Libyans, in preparation for holding elections and achieving the aspirations of the Libyan people in building a unified and democratic state.
