The Head of the Media Office of the Social Security Fund, Osama Zayani, reported that the number of displaced people due to military attacks around Tripoli has now exceeded 57,400 families.
Zayani ascribed the blame for the rise to Haftar militias’ new concentration of attacks on Mitiga International Airport and Souq Al-Juma’a.
This increase of attacks has caused a new influx of displaced residents from those neighborhoods, he added.
