The head of the Russian contact group on Libyan affairs, Lev Dengov, stressed that his country is not biased towards the leader of Dignity Operation, Khalifa Hafter, in the Libyan crisis.

Dengov stressed in media comments made on Tuesday that his country respects the arms embargo imposed on Libya, adding that there is no intention at this current time to lift it.

Dengov confirmed Moscow's readiness to combat terrorism and cooperate with all those who wish to, adding that they support the empowerment of state institutions in Libya.
