A coalition of Tripoli Revolutionaries Brigade and Addaman Brigade from Tajoura declared on Tuesday full control of Garabulli town, some 70 km east of Tripoli, after 3 days of fierce clashes against Salvation Government brigades from Misrata.

The Head of the Presidential Council of the UN-proposed government Fayez Al-Sirraj ordered the Chief of Air Force in his government to take necessary measures to end illegal immigration and fuel smuggling, telling him to use force, in coordination with the Navy Forces, if necessary to deter "such a crime."

The UN-proposed government's Health Ministry said two days of clashes in Castelverde led to four deaths and 21 injuries according to Injuries Affairs Department. Three deaths and six injuries took place on Sunday, two of whom were foreign workers, while one person was killed on Monday and 15 others were injured. Clashes are still ongoing, the ministry added.

GECOL said an electrician named Mustafa Abdeljalil died in Dafinya district after being electrocuted on Monday morning, adding that another electrician named Khalifa Al-Salheen is suffering from serious burns due to an electric shock as well and is now at the intensive care.

A military force in eastern Libya thwarted smuggling of 7200 anesthetic drug injections on the Ajdabiya-Tobruk road coming from Zliten en route to Egypt. Commander of the force, Al-SAfi Al-Sanini, said the smuggler was a Libyan national, adding he got detained along with his car. 24 boxes filled with 300 shots worth 750.000 Libyan dinars were confiscated from the car.

The chairman of National Oil Corporation Mustafa Sanallah discussed with Russian Rosnfet's CEO joint interests and cooperation after reviewing the security situation in the areas where NOC is operating. The NOC urged Rosnfet to resume oil exploration after suspension since 2014.

Commerce and Development Bank in Libya discusses Tuesday ending partnership with Qatar National Bank and then make decisions regarding its share (49%.) An official at the Libyan bank, Fawzi Hawaz, said Monday that the decision is not part of the boycotting campaign against Qatar as they decided so five months ago citing several positive steps out of the decision.

UN-proposed government's Education Deputy Minister Adel Jumoa announced suspension of exams at Omar Mukhtar and Gwaya schools in Castelverde due to the clashes that broke out on Sunday. He added that resuming exams is tied to stability and security in the district.

A workshop in Alexandria saw cooperation between Libya and Egypt in discussing the knowhow of eradicating cross-border polio. WHO spokesman in Libya, Ahmed Al-Aqili, said that for the first time Libya and Egypt have started coordination regarding vaccination and monitoring diseases in the two countries. He added that WHO's regional office, WHO's office in Libya set up the workshop in Alexandria in coordination with Egyptian and Libyan health ministries.

Al-Jalaa Hospital in Benghazi said they received 17 bodies and 74 injuries from Operation Dignity in the last three days due to clashes with Benghazi Shura Council fighters in Al-Sabri neighborhood in Benghazi. Pro-Haftar media said some injuries are serious, while others received treatment and left the hospital.
