Libyan coastguards have rescued 119 - including 11 women and 7 children from Syria, Pakistan, Ghana, and Morocco - illegal migrants off Millita coast. The spokesman of the Libyan Naval Forces, Ayoub Qassim, said the immigrants were onboard a wooden boat which made it easy for water to leak into it.

The Presidential Council has formed a committee headed by Mohammed Oun to implement the decision of sharing the authorities of Gas and Oil Ministry between the PC and NOC, despite the rejection of the latter and criticism of many Libyan stakeholders.

Enthar Art Gallery was opened on Sunday in Tripoli to shed light on human rights issues in the Libyan modern community with the participation of many local young artists. The gallery will last from 1-5 April from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm.

Al-Ahli got closer to winning Libya Al-Salam Tournament after winning over Al-Ittihad Misrata on Sunday 1-0. The tournament is held at Abu Salim club. Al-Ahli tops the tournament with 10 points and needs only a draw in its last match to be crowned a winner.

A media official at the eastern archaeological authority, Anees Belhaseein, said their personnel in Shahat caught a person red-handed while digging one location trying to steal the artifacts inside from it. The man was taken to security forces afterwards. He added that the touristic police and archaeological departments as well as security forces in Shahat are working in coordination with the city's archaeological authority to limit the random digging of archaeological graves and locations.

Sharara oilfield in southwestern Libya resumed Sunday oil production after one week of shutdown due to the closure of the pipeline that connects it to the exportation terminal. On March 28, NOC declared force majeure at Sharara and Wafaa oilfields after an armed force closed the two fields leading to a shrink in Libya's production by 252 thousand bpd.

The Head of Misalla oilfield said that the field's workers managed to return five new wells at (V V) area of the field into operation, saying that they would be producing between 4000 and 5000 bpd in the oilfield that has a daily production capacity of 65 thousand bpd.

Libyans signing up for the upcoming Hajj season in the Hajj Electronic System have reached over 250.000. The committee regulating the system said on Facebook that the registration is going great, saying the closing date is going to be on April 16, while the draw will take place on April 30.
