The Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Technical Affairs, Mahmoud Al-Tlisi, has discussed with the German ambassador to Libya, Oliver Owcza, ways of bilateral cooperation between the two countries in various fields.
The meeting, which was held at the Ministry’s HQ, at the request of the German ambassador, reviewed procedures for the German embassy’s return to practice its work from the capital, Tripoli.
