An armed group based on the coastal road in the Harsha district of Zawiyah city robbed a transport vehicle carrying a shipment of medicines from the International Committee of the Red Cross destined for the Red Crescent branch in Ajaylat.
The gunmen assaulted the driver and his assistant and ordered them out of the vehicle before seizing it.
The shipment was allocated to those who have fled the armed clashes in the city of Sabratha and surrounding areas.
