A source from Benina Airport in Benghazi said that a Libyan plane left Benina Airport heading for Istanbul without passengers on board, adding that other flights are to follow in order to bring back Libyan nationals wishing to return to Benghazi.

Other airways conducting flights to Istanbul, including Buraq Air and Rahila Air will also respond to the decision made by Haftar, regarding not to operate any flights from airports of the eastern region to Turkey.

All flights were ordered to leave to Turkey without travelers, and will only be allowed to carry passengers coming back from Turkey.
