The Director of the Information Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tripoli, Ahmed Al-Arbad, said that Libya has started addressing the problems that hinder the return of Turkish companies in the country.

Al-Arbad explained in a press statement that the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mohamed Sayala, held discussions with the Turkish side during The Libya-Turkey Investment and Development Conference kicked off in Istanbul last Saturday on ways to facilitate the resumption of operations of Turkish companies in Libya.

Sayala explained that the reopening of the Turkish Embassy in Tripoli and the resumption of Turkish Airlines flights will contribute to the return of companies to Libya and the completion of projects suspended since 2011.
