Libya records nine new Covid-19 cases and two fatalities

The National Center for Disease Control reported on Sunday nine new Covid-19 cases, in addition to two fatalities in Sabha city south of Libya.

The total number of Covid-19 cases in Libya now stands at 418, while the death toll rose to 8 fatalities, according to the center's update late Saturday.

The new Covid-19 cases include three infections in Tripoli, two of them new while one linked to a previous case, as well as six infections recorded in Sabha, including five contact cases and one new one.
