Libya and the Netherlands have agreed to launch a partnership project aimed at supporting the public sector through training and advisory programs.

The Libyan delegation to the Netherlands stressed the importance of the return of Dutch companies to Libya, and provide facilities to the private sector in the two countries, which includes the procedures of mobility, exchange of information, and opening employment opportunities and competition.

The Libyan delegation included representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the Central Bank of Libya (CBL), the Audit Bureau, the National Oil Corporation (NOC), the Libyan Internal Investment Fund, and a representative of Misurata Free Zone.
