Interior Minister of the Presidential Council Fathi Pashaga discussed with the German Under-secretary of State for Foreign Affairs Walter Lindner cooperation in the field of security training and exchange of experiences between the two countries.

The German official expressed his country's desire to help Libya build and train security officers and assist Libya in the area of combating illegal immigration, considering it a problem that threatens the stability of Libya and a global threat to the international community.

For his part, Pashagha expressed his appreciation for the German government's positive attitudes towards Libya, according to the Information Office of the Ministry of Interior.
