The National Commission for Human Rights in Libya has condemned the aerial bombardment of a farm in Fatayah region, east of Derna, which resulted in the deaths of women and children.

The Commission described the incident as a war crime and a violation of international humanitarian law.

In a statement, the Commission called on the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court to establish an inquiry to investigate the crimes and violations in Libya.
