The House of Representatives (HoR), voted at a meeting in Tripoli, to scale back the salaries of its members by 20%, bearing in mind the present conditions the country is facing, mainly the aggression on the capital and the closure of oil fields, according to a statement released by HoR.
Furthermore, during its fifth session, HoR discussed the implications of the Coronavirus, wherein the head of the Health and Environment Committee, Ayman Saif Al-Nasr, presented a report on the latest developments and the preventive measures taken by the government to reduce the risk of an outbreak of the virus.
