The head of the High National Elections Commission (HNEC), Imad Al-Sayeh, discussed with the Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Libya, Marc-André Franche, methods of support by the international community for the elections scheduled for December 24.
During the meeting, held on Saturday at the headquarters of the HNEC in Tripoli, Franche reiterated the international community’s support for the upcoming elections through the People’s project and the agreements concluded by the project with donor countries to raise the level of the commission’s preparation in organizing the upcoming elections according to the highest professional standards.
