The High Council of State (HCS) said the blacklist of terror names devised by some members from the Tobruk-based House of Representatives, which included the name of the Head of the HCS, Abdelrahman Al-Sweihli, is another nail in the stability and peace efforts that are being exerted in Libya nowadays.

It said the list aims at using terrorism to get rid of political opponents and involving Libya in regional conflicts by the eastern government.
