Commander of the Sirte and Jufra Operations Room, Major General Ibrahim Bait Al-Mal, has reiterated that the coastal road will not open until the mercenaries get off the Libyan soil and Haftar's forces withdraw to Al-Rajma in Benghazi.
Bait Al-Mal confirmed in media statements that their forces have monitored movements going on for mercenaries in Sirte and Jufrah backed by warplanes.
The military official denied receiving any orders from the Presidential Council or the Prime Minister on opening the coastal road, explaining that their visit to Misrata focused on unifying the military establishment away from those involved in the killing of the Libyans.
