The director of the Middle East and North Africa Affairs at Germany's Foreign Ministry, Christian Buck has emphasized that it is imperative to keep the Berlin Conference commitments and reach a complete and lasting cessation of hostilities.
The German official tweeted "There will be no winners if military conflict resumes," responding to the postponement of negotiations of the Libyan 5+5 joint military commission in Geneva until 18 February.
