Foreign Minister, Mohamed Siyala, said that the ministry has contacted the Libyan Embassy in Italy regarding the subject of the Libyan child and his two brothers who were forced to travel across the sea illegally in the hope of obtaining treatment for the child suffering from cancer.
Siyala told the Libyan News Agency that he had instructed the Libyan Embassy in Italy to follow up this matter and to place a representative in position to deal with their health issues, especially the child with cancer.
The case of this Libyan child cancer patient has caused reactions in various media and social networking pages.
