The National Safety Department (NSD) rescued a family in Derna, whose car was burnt on Monday evening.
Witnesses said that a safety team rescued a family, including children after their car was set alight and they were trapped inside.
According to the witnesses, the reason for the car fire was due to the owner's misconduct who attempted to fill his car’s fuel tank with a bottle.
It is worth noting that Dignity Operation armed groups, which are surrounding Derna, are preventing the entry of fuel supplies, forcing people to buy fuel in gas cans from the black market at very high prices.
