A group of 100 European tourists arrived in Libya via Wazin border crossing with Tunisia.

The Libyan Tourism Ministry said in a statement that the European tourists' visit is a result of the cooperation between private and public sectors to revive tourism after a decade of inactivity due to a lack of security.

The Ministry reported a private company personality, who participated in organizing the trip to Libya, that there will be more tourists' groups in December.

The tourists are set to visit many places for sightseeing in Libya, including Tripoli, Sabratha and other cities during their 21-day stay.
