The Central Bank of Libya (CBL) announced on Thursday the launch of the first phase of the SADAD electronic payment service in partnership with Al Madar Al Jadid Mobile Compnay.

According to the bank's website, the service allows subscribers to make payments for goods, service charges, bill payments and mobile money transfers.
