The director of the Centre for Food and Drug Control in Tobruk, eastern Libya, Mohsen Al-Karimi said that all the vegetables, fruits and food coming from Egypt across the land border are uncensored.
"The Customs Authority at Imsaad border is not acting on its duty to reserve unfit goods for human consumption," Al-Karimi confirmed in a press statement, stressing that the Customs Service has been equipped with modern technology, however, it remains indifferent to this issue, as he put it.
