The Chief of the General Staff of the Libyan Army, Mohamed Al-Hadded, along with his accompanying delegation, arrived on Monday to the Russian capital, Moscow on an official visit.

The visit comes following an invitation received from the Chief of General Staff of the Russian Army and the First Deputy of the Minister of Defense, Valery  Gerasimov.

A military delegation affiliated with the warlord Haftar visited Moscow at the end of last week, headed by the Director of Haftar’s office and a member of the 5+5 Joint Military Committee, Khairy Al-Tamimi.
