Residents from Sabha congregated in front of the Municipal Council of the city on Saturday and closed its HQ to protest the poor conditions in the government's facilities and services in the city.

The protesters demanded better life services, carrying slogans against the Municipal Council and accusing it of corruption and of leading the city to such situation.

For his part, the Mayor of Sabha Hamed al-Khayali, held the protesters the responsibility for any harm to Sabha's residents, after they refused to give access to the Crisis Committee assigned by the Presidential Council to solve the crises of the city and the south in general.
