Flightradar website monitored the flight of a Lockheed C-130H (No. N3867X) belonging to the "Tepper Aviation" company, which has a long association with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), landing in Benghazi city from Malta at 2:00 pm CET on Tuesday, leaving an hour later back to Malta, without any information about the purpose of the flight.

US planes periodically fly over Libya and off its coasts, the last of which was the flight of the American "Lockheed aircraft” off the Libyan coast on January 2.
