The head of the High Council of State (HCS), Khaled Al-Mishri, has discussed with the Qatari Ambassador to Libya, Khaled Al-Dosari the developments of the Libyan electoral process.
Al-Mishri said that the HCS's vision was correct about the impossibility of holding elections without reliance on constitutional and legal grounds, to ensure a fair and transparent electoral process.
He also confirmed that the HCS is working on finding solutions to get out of the current stalemate in the electoral process
For his part, the Qatari Ambassador stressed his country's continued support for Libya to reach a stage of permanent stability.
