Al-Ittihad team won the Libyan handball Super Cup as they defeated Al-Ahly Benghazi at the Grand Hall in Tripoli on Sunday by a final score of 15-23.
Al-Ittihad took the field from the start and edged Al-Ahli 10-8 in the first half.
The Tripoli club continued its strong performance in the second half to end the game with a 23-15 win.
With this victory, the team adds a new title to its previous ones of last season, of the league and Cup titles.
