The International Organization for Migration (IOM) said that more than 18 thousand families have been displaced from areas of clashes south of Tripoli so far, which means nearly 94,000 people.
"More than 48% of the IDPs are children under the age of 18, and more than 3,900 IDPs are staying in mass displacement centres," IOM explained, noting that families who fled to locations close to conflicting areas are still at risk.
