The largest oil port in Libya, Sidra port, has exported 600,000 barrels on board a tanker bound for Italy, sources from the National Oil Corporation (NOC) said, pointing out that the export has not stopped at the port since the start of the wave of closures last week.

The same sources added that the production of Al-Waha Company, which pumps oil to Sidra with 300,000 barrels per day, has not stopped and is likely to increase by 10,000 barrels per day in the absence of any technical defect.

The Chairman of the NOC, Mustafa Sanallah will present this week the names of the people involved in stopping exports and production, according to the same sources.
