The Media Center for Benghazi Residents’ Communities has disclosed statistics about the numbers of the displaced families from Benghazi saying that they reached more than 28 thousand.

The center indicated that the 28 thousand and 62 displaced families that are registered in the center’s data system are divided into seven shelters. It went on to explain that there are 200 displaced families are from downtown Benghazi, 7 thousand and 932 displaced families from Al-Sabiri district, while about 4 thousand and 800 families from in Al-Leethi district.

The center also explained that other 3 thousand and 500 dispalced families came from Garyounis and Ganfoudah district, whereas in Al-Gwarsh and Al-Hawari districts, the number of the displaced families has reached 3 thousand and 675, which is similar to the number of the displaced families in Abu Atni district that amounted to 3 thousand and 955.
