Aviation at Tobruk and Labrag international airports, east of Libya, have been suspended on Sunday following a strike initiated by the staff of the Libyan Ground Services company at both airports.

Officials at Labrag Airport said that the strike comes in protest of the workers' salaries delay since the month of May.

Company Officials further added that the strike will be open until the staff are awarded all their entitlements.

It is said that Ministry of Transport in Abdullah Al-Thanni government had promised to pay the company employees ‘salaries, but did not fulfill its promises up to now.
