The General Information Authority (GIA) kick-started a workshop over the last two days in which it launched the reference foundation program for IT awareness within the Libyan community 2015.
The program aims at creating a knowledgeable community where IT awareness is widespread so that everybody is self-capable of accessing IT programs and dealing efficiently with it, which would motivate the community to use it and even develop it.
The program has also the goal of building and developing the national IT system so that it becomes one solid unit triggering the role of the GIA by shaping a community fully aware of its importance, yet urging the its use in the development of administrations and work performance. Thus wishing that this would come out with the enhancement of public services and raise the living standards of the citizens.
