Libya's Al-Ittihad beat Zanzibar's KMKM F.C. on Sunday at the first leg match of the preliminary round of the CAF Champions League.

Al-Ittihad's Mouad Issa scored the first goal before the break and Rabie Al-Shadi scored the second goal before the end of the match.

The match was pushed to Sunday because Al-Ittihad arrived late to the Saturday game date in Zanzibar.

The second leg is going to be played in Tunisia's Sfax and if Al-Ittihad qualified, it would play a tough opponent: ES Tunis.

Meanwhile, the African Football Federation (CAF) delayed Al-Ahly Tripoli's match against Sudan's Hay Al-Wadi to Monday instead of Sunday due to the complains by the Libyan side about Al-Kahrtoum stadium pitch and players' facilities. The Federation filed a complaint at the CAF.

The game of the first round of the CAF Confederation Cup has then been shifted to Al-Abyad stadium (450 km away from Al-Khartoum) and it will be held on Monday at 3.00 pm.
