The Libyan Football Federation (LFF) has permitted the Contests Commission to allow "certain number" of fans to attend the second-leg matches of the Libyan Soccer League.
The decision came in a letter sent by the LFF Chairman Jamal Al-Jafari to the Head of the Contests Commission on Tuesday asking him to coordinate with security apparatuses and branch commissions of the LFF in order to allow certain numbers of fans to attend the second-leg matches of the Libyan Soccer League.
"This comes as part of the LFF efforts to allow football fans to return to the stadiums to watch the matches in a gradual and organized manner as it is vital for the league and the performance of the teams." The letter adds.
LFF matches have been played without spectators at the stadiums in Libya over the last three seasons, except for some matches, so the LFF issued this new decision in order to help lift the ban on the Libyan stadiums by the CAF due to lack of security.
