Libya wins gold in Italian Open Championships

The Libyan national Paralympic team was awarded with its first gold medal in the IPC Athletics Grand Prix, in Grosseto Italy (June, 12-14). Libyan athlete Mohammed Saied Ali rang first in the discus throw competitions scoring 24.3m, which qualified him to the IPC Athletics World Championships in Qatar next October.
