Libyan Hockey national team is to participate in the African Hockey Championship next October (17-26) in Al-Ismaeiliya, Egypt, which qualifies for Rio de Janeiro Olympics in Brazil 2016.
Egyptian Hockey Federation received earlier the acceptance of 11 countries to participate in the event, these countries include Libya, Ghana, South Africa, Kenia, Tanzania, Zambia, Morocco, Uganda, Namibia, Sera lion, and Nigeria in addition to the organizing country, Egypt.
